4 Days Lake Nakuru and Maasai Mara Safari

This is a spectacle famous world over and commonly regarded as the Eighth Wonder of the World, where by Wildebeests and Zebras move in large herds from the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania to the Maasai Mara National Reserve in Kenya, mainly in search of pasture. At Mara triangle during the migration, the herds gamble crossing Mara River where hungry Nile Crocodiles await with hopes of preying on them. Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi – Transfer to Lake Nakuru (Approximately 3 hours)

At 7a.m. you will be picked by our driver/guide and immediately depart for Lake Nakuru arriving to arrive at lunch time. Later afternoon game drive to see a variety of wildlife including the endangered white Rhino and black rhino found in this park. Other animals to see include lion, leopard, buffalo, giraffe and a good number of birds.

Overnight: Flamingo Hill

Meals: Lunch & Dinner

Day 2: Lake Nakuru – Transfer to Maasai Mara

Have an early breakfast then depart for Mara to arrive in time for lunch. Have a game drive en route to the camp. Have lunch then relax before an afternoon game drive at 4o’clock.

Overnight: Ol Moran Tented Camp

Day 3: Maasai Mara – Full day

Spend the whole day with a game drive in search of the big five and many other wildlife that inhabits this beautiful savannah plains. There will be picnic lunch in the course of the day. This is also a good chance to look out for the migration as well.

Overnight: Ol Moran Tented Camp

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 4: Maasai Mara – Transfer to Nairobi

Have an early morning game drive till 9am where you return to the camp for breakfast. Have breakfast then immediately depart for Nairobi with a stop in Narok town for lunch. You will be dropped at you Nairobi hotel later.
